☕ A Gentle Reminder: Rest in Him This Christmas🌟

👋 Hi sweet friend,

With the holiday season in full swing, life can feel overwhelming. 🎄 But today, I want to encourage you to hear Jesus’s tender invitation:

“Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” (Matthew 11:28)

This verse has been on my heart as I’ve been studying the Beatitudes. In my latest video, I share how journaling and praying through Scripture—especially Matthew 5:3, “Blessed are the poor in spirit”—has helped me slow down, reflect, and draw closer to God. ✨

This season, let’s make space to rest, seek His face, and rely on Him. Whether it’s in the early morning or just before bed, taking those moments to connect with God can transform even the busiest days.

I love using my prayer journal to pour out my heart to God and write out Scriptures that He’s using to shape me. It’s been such a sweet way to reflect, pray, and find rest.

If you’re curious about how I journal or need a gentle nudge to start, I’d love for you to watch the video. It’s not about doing things perfectly—it’s about showing up, just as you are, and letting Him meet you there. 💕

May this be a season where you find deep rest and joy in His presence.

With love,
Ashley

P.S. If you’re looking for a meaningful way to connect with God, prayer journaling has been such a gift to me. I hope it can be for you, too! 🌿

In moments like these, I’m reminded of the importance of cherishing our loved ones—and even more so, cherishing the life God has given us here and now.💕 As I’ve been reading through Genesis with the Coffee and Bible Time community, one verse about Enoch stood out to me:...
