Helping Women Delight in God’s Word |
👋 Hey Reader,
Have you ever prayed and felt like…nothing changed?
No clarity or solved problems. Just you and your Bible, in the same place where you started.
Friend, let me be honest with you: that's normal.
In Scripture, we frequently see faithful, godly people struggling with times when God felt silent.
David prayed:
“How long, LORD? Will you forget me forever?”
—Psalm 13:1
That raw, painful honesty is not a sign of weak faith. It’s a testament to a real relationship.
So if you've been wondering if God is really listening to you, I'd like to challenge you to tell Him exactly how you feel.
✍️ Write Him a letter, and be as unfiltered as possible.
🙏 Sit for ten minutes in silence. Take deep breaths, and let yourself feel.
🫂 Ask one friend to pray for you (when it's too hard to pray for yourself).
A few verses later, in that same Psalm, David said this:
But I trust in your unfailing love;
my heart rejoices in your salvation.6I will sing the Lord’s praise,
for he has been good to me.
—Psalm 13:5-6
God's salvation is coming. He has been good to you before, and He'll do it again.
But if that's hard to believe right now, I get it. ❤️🩹 Please reply and let me know...I’d love to pray for you.
In Him,
